The winter of 2013 / 2014 was very strange. The USA had terrible frost and huge snowfall, whereas the winter in Europe where I live was extraordinarily warm. We had only two weeks in January with the temperature below zero degrees Celsius and almost no snow. In order to remember this warm winter I felt like recording some warm sounds. Here they are. Enjoy them and remember to save your energy.

I am very happy to announce that my latest album entitled “Analogue” was published by an awesome boutique Australian label Twice Removed. The album was recorded in 2011 when I did not have a laptop. In order to record all ideas and the whole album I used the 4-track TASCAM taperecorder. It was a challenging experience full of constraints. I played all different guitars, kitchen utensils, I used contact microphones sticked to paper and all other possible things which surrounded me. I also cut the tape and glued it to make long loops on a reel-to-reel recorder. I hope you gonna like the music. Here it is:

This is the second time I played “Frozen Lake” live. This time with the young trumpet player Michał Kluba.

I started working on new material called “Frozen Lake” inspired by the lake which is near the place I live. I presented it for the first time during WEF.LIVE.LAB on 23.02.2013 in Zachęta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw.

Here are some excerpts:

My new album “Remaining Sounds” is already available on BandCamp (the Download version, we are still waiting for the physical goods!).

Here is a video I made for the track called “Remaining Motionless“. The clips were recorded in January 2011 and I wanted to use them for a different track, but now I think they fit amazingly well here!

So after two weeks I had some time to take part in the 25th Disquiet Junto project. It’s very hot outside so I decided to describe this situation with my music. First you hear the sounds which wake us up. Than there is the whole day of fight between hot, dense soundscapes, and cool guitar drinks somewhere in the background. The day ends when the we are tired, and can only reach for a glass of cold drink. Than we have to calm down and go to bed.

I used the “call pop” track by Westy Reflector.
I couldn’t let Westy Reflector down :-) If fact when I listened to his original “call pop” track I thought if would be nice to listen to some house version, but I am not very good at composing house music. I decided to go into a bit more experimental direction. Hope you like it!

It was a spontaneous decision. I called my friend Peter, who is the owner of my favourite Tea Room Cafe Belg in the City of Częstochowa, and he said that I could come and play a small live act if I want. So after 2 days of preparation I was in Cafe Belg playing some ambient sounds. Here is the video excerpt:

… and you can get it NOW! This amazing compilation is now available. I really like tracks by noiko, Kim_Nasung, Bionulor, Krzysztof Orluk and Lukasz Ciszak.

You can buy the whole album HERE.

You can listen to my track below…

Here is my new LIVE album. I haven’t published any new music for a long time (since 2008), so I thought it would be good to release a live-act. It was mastered by Krzysztof Orluk with his analogue toys so I hope you gonna like the sound. The album was recorded during the charity concert “Sclerosis Multiplex – WEF on TOUR for Przemek Ciszek”

The full album download contains extra visual and audio materials!
There you will find credits and the full album story. ENJOY

The album was published by Mind Twisting Records.

Ostatnio zostałem nawet posiadaczem winylu z “Passion & Warfare”!

Steve Vai – “All About Eve” – Live

Christopher Willits – Live in Oita Japan

i jeszcze na osłodę (kto wg Was lepszy?)
